Following the completion of the private capital injection by shareholders, Cantù Arena S.p.A. has completed a complex and innovative project financing operation for the construction of the new Cantù Arena.
Thanks to a careful structuring work, which allowed the combination of private resources and a calibrated use of public interventions, guaranteed by the Municipality of Cantù and the Lombardy Region, the initiative was characterized as the first intervention without recourse in the sector of sports related assets.
The project to build the new Arena was promoted by a group of companies, Cantù Next S.p.A., Gallerie Commerciali Bennet S.p.A., Bennet S.p.A., Acinque Innovazione S.r.l., Pichler Projects S.r.l., MA.SI Group S.r.l., Cobet S.r.l., Nessi&Majocchi S.p.A. e Consonnistrade 2001 S.r.l., through the procedure dedicated to the construction and modernization of sports facilities known as the "Legge Stadi" (Stadium Law).
